These rooms suit individuals or couples (49m2). Either pool or garden facing, each tastefully decorated double room has a separate bedroom from lounge/TV room. All rooms have imported king/queen size beds, air conditioning, wifi, a large flat screen television, coffee/tea making facilities, and a separate toilet to the bathroom. The lounge/TV rooms have a sofa and small dining table. All double rooms have a private terrace where guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
Large Family Rooms (4)
Some of the largest rooms in Chobe. They include two apartment style family rooms with 2 spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with an imported king sized bed, and the other with two extra length single beds, both with air conditioning. From here step into the separate large living room with comfortable couches or recliner chairs, a dining table and television. Guests appreciate the spacious bathroom and separate toilets. These large family rooms are either in a private garden setting or near the swimming pool. Terraces for these rooms have an outdoor dining table. On the other side of the property, a family studio gives guests an authentic experience under a traditional thatched roof with an outdoor patio in a beautiful garden setting. Enjoy a drink or meal outside here surrounded by the amazing garden and you will hear hippos grunting and elephants trumpeting outside the property, and maybe even a lion roaring in the distance! Sunbirds Chobe Villa: for Families and Groups (1)
Accommodating up to 8 people in comfort (300m2), the villa is a large two storey, four bedroom and three bathroom house with an amazing balcony overlooking the Chobe river. Staying at the villa is a real highlight for families and groups who can sit together on the spacious private balcony and enjoy the Chobe river views together with the possibility of viewing elephants going back and forth from the river, as well as bushbuck and the occasional cape buffalo. The master bedroom upstairs with its own ensuite bathroom has a beautiful view over the Chobe river and guests who book the villa can stay on a self-catering basis, making use of the large fully equipped kitchen, or opt to eat at Rudy’s restaurant. Guests have access to the second pool and outdoor thatched lapa with a breathtaking garden, and additional kitchen facilities including a weber gas bbq and wood fired pizza oven, as well as a fire pit for those cold nights. There is air-conditioning throughout, television and wifi. The Sunbirds villa is the ultimate place to unwind in privacy in Chobe and most guests wish they had booked longer!

The newest addition to Sunbirds Hotel, there are four luxurious sunbirds themed suites (34m2) upstairs in the main building, named and tastefully decorated after the four commonly sighted Sunbirds in the garden: The Copper Suite, Shelly’s Suite, the Collared Suite, and the White-bellied Suite. Guests staying in a Sunbirds Suite enjoy premium imported mattresses and have their own reserved car park. All Sunbirds Suites have thatched roof, and air conditioning. Two of these Sunbirds Suites have balconies overlooking the pool and garden, while the other two overlook the bush next to the property where guests can sit on their balcony with drink in hand watching birds or other animals wander back and forth to the river.
